I authorize my service provider, its agent or financial institution to initiate debit entries to the bank or credit card account I set up for my recurring payments. I understand that I will need to call my service provider or use my service provider's online payment center if I need to have my payment debited from another account. I will promptly notify my service provider of any errors. I agree that I am solely responsible for ensuring that my payments are made. I agree that my first use of the service will signify my acceptance of the terms of this agreement. In the circumstance of non sufficient funds, late fees may apply. (Information that you provide to us as part of your application for electronic payment services, and information received from your transactions with us, is used solely for the purpose of processing your payment. We do not disclose any such information to anyone except those who need to know that information to provide our services to you, as permitted by law).

Your recurring payment amount will continue to be processed until you enter an end date or cancel the recurring payments, regardless of balance owed, even when the balance reaches zero. You are able to easily make any necessary changes to your recurring bill pay setup, on line, at any time.
